Zahra "The Whispering Blade"

Aasimar / Rogue / Cleric

Submitted character story

Zahra is a shadowed Aasimar—graceful, unreadable, and shaped more by betrayal than divinity. With white hair, hidden blades, and a veiled face, she moves unseen, living by one rule: control or be controlled. She rejects fate and divine purpose, treating the world as a game of strategy where deception and perception outweigh strength.

Once part of a secretive order, she was betrayed and left for dead, an event that hollowed her capacity for trust or attachment. Now known as “The Whispering Blade,” she drifts between cities as a thief and assassin, collecting wealth and secrets to ensure her independence. She does not kill for pleasure, but never hesitates—lives are simply obstacles or opportunities.

Her only quiet acknowledgment is of Nephthys, a reflection of the forgotten and unseen. Zahra seeks no revenge, no belonging—only power, survival, and the certainty that she will never be powerless again.
