    "story": "Her dad named her Spitfire because he said he could see actual fire in her eyes. She's a variant Tiefling with deep blue skin covered in dark freckles and white hair in two messy braids threaded with gold. She wears white on purpose. White leather armor, white fabrics, all of it. Because she wants to see the blood when it lands.\n\nThe tally marks on her arms are scars. 44 of them. One for every kill that mattered. She doesn't hide them. If you ask she'll tell you exactly who each one was and why. She's an open book like that. But you do have to ask. She won't volunteer it.\n\nI love playing morally grey characters and Spitfire is the greyest one I've made. She's not evil. She has a code. But her code has a LOT more room in it than most people are comfortable with. Our party's cleric keeps trying to guide her toward redemption and Spitfire keeps smiling at him with her little fangs showing and saying 'I don't need to be redeemed, I need you to keep up.'\n\nShe's also obsessed with sweets which is my favorite detail because this terrifying blood soaked woman will absolutely derail a session to find pastries in whatever town we're in. The duality is what makes her fun. Daggers in both hands one minute, haggling with a baker over honey cakes the next.\n\nShe's the kind of character where every session I find a new reason to be obsessed with her and I'm not even sorry about it."
