A cruel mage who didn't understand the value of Life until he was forced to take the life of those he cared about. He viewed humans as playthings until tragedy struck and his toys broke. The farmer and his family he had claimed as his was thrown into chaos when the father fell ill and died. Slither had made a contract and was soul-bound to uphold it. He cared for the children that were left behind, but fate is cruel. Slither didn't have the strength to protect them and his contract was broken when those he swore to protect were slaughtered in front of him. Seeing how spectacularly he failed, he vowed to change for the better and become stronger.
