Ryujin

Demigod / Warlock

Submitted character story

You're the hero who talks their way through locked doors and iron hearts, wielding The Silver Tongue when blades would fail. What carried you back was the memory of poison on her neck, the dart that stole your mother while the sea god's gift waited in your hands. You bear your father's trident knowing he gave you power but couldn't give her protection when it mattered most. Tables will remember you as the warlock who turned divine birthright into a weapon of settled scores.

Defining moment: Ryujins mother, she died in his arms as a boy before he joined the gladiator pits. They lived in a hut on the beach. His mother always hoped Poseidon would come back to her. Ryujins mother was a fierce ship captain. She navigated a vicious storm and hurricane effected waters caused by Poseidon battling tromokrates the kraken under the waves. Everyone survived and Poseidon was impressed. They had an entanglement which caused her to get pregnant with ryujin. But she was killed. They were on the beach and there was a sudden burst from the water, then Ryujins mother fell. He ran to her and found a dart in her neck. She became very sick after that for a few days before she passed. Poisoned.
