Rose Birchwood

Elf / Fighter

Submitted character story

Rose is a quiet smart woman. She loves to read and doesn't talk much, but when she does only kindness leaves her lips.
However, her personal life was a mess. Rose was fated to be married to a man named Demetrius Dow. Rose despised this man and could feel that something was off about him. One evening she made her escape over sea.
Unfortunately for Rose however, she wasn't free of him, not truly.
Rose would later find out that this "MAN' was no man at all, he was a devil that her family arranged for her to marry to get something in return.
She tried pulling off the ring, no luck, she tried magic, no luck still. Even cutting off her middle finger was met with no results the finger could not be cut.
Rose did eventually get free by destroying the marriage license and killing Demetrius with the help of her party. Things weren't easy though, until that thread was severed Rose would occasionally have fits of rage or madness when the devils name was mentioned.
At the end of it all Rose got her freedom and would go on to travel the seas once her party parted ways.
