Defining moment:
The night the fires burned and stone rained down, into the village, into the square, and into the Room of the Sun, killing all within reach, leaving behind a small infant. Found days after the attack grasping am old staff, by a Norn hermit with powers of the ancients. 
A life spent in the wilds learning it's ways, taught magic by the hermit. Going forth into the School of Mattress. 
Only to return to find her patronhas been killed while she was away and Regnhild swore
