Defining moment:
Working as a mercenary, I had taken a pupil. His powers were untamed, uncontrolled... it wasnt long before we took a job that he swore he could handle. Against my better judgement we paired well and took the job. Late that night, one of our own turned against us and after a gruesome battle, I was the sole survivor standing. It took some searching before I found my pupil, buried under the rubble, the smell of his burned wolf fur filling my nostrils as I reached to pull him from the debris. Thankfully I found him just in time as I reached in my bag and grabbed a healing potion. Even then, it took hours of nursing him back to health. The moment I almost lost him forever haunts my memories.
