Mirael Halc

Human / Warlock

Submitted character story

Mirael is a blind Warlock who yet sees through er ornate blindfold. Her pact is with an Eye of the Outside, and the consequence of inexperience - or overconfidence. When the Eye looks through the voids that were once your own eyes, there are not many safe and warm places for you. She would trade many of her abilities, even the different kinds of visions to which she now has access, for normal, plain, unencumbered human sight through her own eyes. She cares about how the Outside interferes with the world, because she can see what is coming. That is truly not clear. Not even she knows yet how much she has changed. Her pact may or may not be part of the Outside itself, which waits beyond all thresholds and preys on things that become, against which Rehorachti, and the other gods of gods of thresholds, stand guard.
