Submitted character story

You're the strategist who chose the Blackfen, calculating risk because recklessness is a luxury you can't afford. What brought you back was the image of your mother in chains, a debt unpaid, a promise unmade. But every tab you settle, every fire you bank, every passion you control reminds you that freedom delayed is freedom denied. They'll remember the sorcerer whose restraint burned hotter than her flame ever could.

Defining moment: Her mother is chained beneath her home, by her king, by her father. She vows to break her chains and allow her her freedom. She will repay her kindness. Without her.. her mother will remain a chained fire elemental under the castle.
