Mel is the middle child of MANY siblings to many to name.  While her brothers and sisters are getting into fights, gambling and or drinking or all the above,. she can likely be found meditating or just relaxing with a smoke.  Don't get it twisted though, even though she normally practices restraint Mel would throat punch a fella to protect her family.  
Melody is 27 but her elven mother still treats her like a child and is very condescending to her typically gaslighting Mel  to side with her instead.  
The Wiler bunch  all  follow the way of Crom and most don't use magic or magic items .  
Melody being one who gave up her magic items mainly to spite her mother.  All willers are tasked with finding and giving their answer to the riddle of steal once  they finally meet Crom on the mountain.   Mel believes she may know the answer already, but she has yet to really find her place among the sea of blond hair and green eyes wanting to be like her siblings and yet stand apart from  them at the same time. now with the added issue of being blind.
