    "story": "Lucian does not know who his parents are. He was abandoned at the Seat of Order monastery as a baby. When he was eighteen the monks did a coming-of-age ceremony and let him take a surname and he chose Aura. He spent another 3 years being trained in the monastery as a monk. He was taught how to use his essence to both heal and harm people around him. As he learned these abilities he learned he is divinely touched. He is taught that he is what is call an Aasimar and that means one of his parents was of the divine plane in some way. As he got older, he rejected the militaristic lifestyle of the monastery. \n\nHe met three sisters and fell in love with one of them. Not long after he best friend from the monastery found him and he started training in new techniques. One day the sisters' home was attacked by pirates and his friend and he were asked to assist in protecting it. they did, and won but in the fray his friend was killed. He joined the crew. He swore to sink every pirate he met. While trying to uphold that vow he was shot int he chest with by a pirate with a gun. He was healed from the brink of death and got to meet his mother, who is a deva."
