Loreulf Vanagandr

Half-Elf / Paladin

Submitted character story

You're a protector who walks the Blackfen, learning to see threats before they strike. Love pulled you back from the dark bargain that saved your life but cost everyone else theirs. Nueva Arun's spectral chains remind you every day that some partnerships are born from desperation, not virtue. The table will remember you as the paladin who paid his dues before he ever swore the oath.

Defining moment: I was once captured by cultist, to be used as a vessel for their god but I escaped the night before the ritual by making a pact with Vastroulan a sentient blade that he found bound to a pedestal near his cage. With Great effort, he made it out alive but at the cost of leaving everybody else behind. When he returned back to his home, he found it empty. Vastroulan whispered into his mind "find my other selfs and I will grant you the strength to find your family". With that, Loreulf began his long dark journey. However one day he would eventually turn away from this path, having his heart and soul saved by a girl he fell in love with and walk the path of a watcher paladin, a protector of the realm.
