"story": "Lorenzo Arainai is a runaway Antivan Crow who would like to enjoy one glass of wine without first checking the roof behind him. He usually checks anyway.\n\nHe is twenty-six, short and wiry, with black hair, brown eyes, and a cross-shaped scar on his left cheek. His clothes are plain because recognizable Crow finery is a poor choice for someone trying to stay gone. The daggers at his hips are less negotiable.\n\nHe is playful when he thinks he has the measure of a room. The smile gets easier with good wine and harder when somebody mentions a contract. Give him a former handler who offers a clean slate, or someone frightened enough to ask an assassin for protection. I would play him as a survivor who enjoys being alive and is slowly learning that escape can become something better than running."
