    "story": "Years ago, the name Orimura was known as the name of a talented, creative, and most of all hardworking playwright, Sayomi Orimura. She created stories that would make the people gasp, sometimes cry, and even bring people together. Sayomi's hard work earned her a place in nobility, but that fame and fortune would eventually blind her descendants.\nLeaching off their own family name, the Orimuras became arrogant and snobbish, looking down on others because of their wealth and history. But not everyone had forgotten where that wealth came from. Young Kiki and her brothers saw what their family had become, and how discussed they were by it; they knew their great-great-grandmother would be heartbroken to see what her family legacy had become. So the siblings decided that if their family would only use their grandmother's name as a badge, they would give their OWN names meaning.\nSo the siblings left their lives of luxury and privilege to find their own paths. The oldest brother chose to try and follow in his grandmother's footsteps and entertain people, so he became a wandering musician. The youngest, hurt by the harm he would see his parents inflict on their staff, chose to become a doctor. As for Kiki, the middle child and only daughter of the Orimura family, her parents enforced many years of grace, posture, and dance lessons, as they intended for her to become a dancer. So Kiki, choosing to repurpose these lessons for something greater, sought out the Yokai March, an order of Yokai who had forsaken their mischievous and/or malicious ways and chosen to become protective spirits of the helpless. Watching over mortals from the shadows and in plain sight, and protecting them from monstrous threats they don't see. They train students in the ways of skilled warriors from the path of the samurai, the path of the ninja, the path of the monk. It was here that the Masters of the March saw that Kiki's lessons in grace and elegance would make her an exceptional student for the path of a ninja.\nThrough the March's guidance, Kiki has become a noble protector, striking threats quickly and precisely to the point that most enemies don't see her coming. Eventually, Kiki's hard training and devotion earned her two tails to add to her first, but she has much to learn and master before she earns the other six. For now, she makes a name for herself through her own actions, just like her grandmother before her did."
