Defining moment:
Kad remembers his early days being hungry on the streets, not strong enough to earn money and not smart enough to steal anything. Subsisting of dead rats and the scraps others had thrown away. He remembers being so delirious, so weak that in a moment of pure confusion he called out for someone, something to help. He was granted fortitude and a weapon, a large maul, to hunt with. Food was never scarce, but Kad's hunger never was satiated. Kad and his Eldritch patron (known as The Maw) worked well for many years, Kad getting the food he once desperately desired and The Maw getting the remains of any quarry that stood in Kad's way. This was, until eventually, Kad's pseudo-pet Badger (Betty) was hurt by intruders in his house. Kad vowed he wouldn't let anything happen to his Badger ever again, he abandoned The Maw, and pledged fealty to a new patron, Queen Mab of the Unseelie court. Mab enchanted Kad's maul to give it an icy finish and grant new power, but a part of Kad misses the presence of The Maw and the bond they had built over the years.

Archetype: You're the The Hunger Rebuilt. He traded one master's hunger for another's cold, but kept his vow.
