Defining moment:
She will not tell just anyone the details but would tell people the general information of her backstory. Iris got born in the underbelly. Even as a child the townsfolk called her a devil, as they stole from her, spit on her, kicked her. But she would not leave this place, for her little sister needed her, orphaned by both their parents. But one day, all of those who cursed her, would fear her name, fear her.

No money, and no one to give her a job, she turned to The Ruined Assassins' guild, here she wrote a contract, bound by its rules. As she lurked in alleys and rooftops, her crossbow always finding its mark, she earned the name Ghost, for the only ones who had witnessed her, had just seen pale silver eyes and devil horns in the shadows.

Her little sister Dreya, was her complete opposite, she was an innocent sweet little thing, the only person who made Iris still see the good in people. Iris did her everything to keep her job as far away from her sister as possible, not wanting her to connect The Ghost that haunted their city, to the same identitiy as her. But one day, when Iris was on a job together with others from the guild, the celestial they hunted fooled her heart. She was led astray from her mission, and as she refused to deal the killing blow, her allies died. When she got home the next night, the guild trapped her, as they murdered Dreya before her eyes, her sisters death falling at the blame of her failures. As tradition by her family, she cut off her sisters horns, locking them into a small wooden chest, but the celestial who had fooled her, was not done. Out of reasons Iris did not yet know,, the so called angel, stealed that wooden chest, and now Iris is driven by nothing else than ravishing rage.
And as Iris learned that angels name, Estienne, her hunt begun.
