Triton / Fighter

Ok so imagine the most annoying person you could ever hire to do a job. Now give him blue skin and a sword too big for the situation. That's Gillic.
He's a Triton bounty hunter and he is very good at what he does and he will absolutely not shut up about it. Every tavern the party walks into he checks the bounty board first. Not because he needs the gold. Because he likes crossing names off lists. There is something deeply wrong with this man and I love him for it.
The portrait is literally his whole personality. That shrug. That's the face he makes when the party asks why there's a body on the table. That's the face he makes when the guard captain asks where the fugitive went. That's the face he makes when our cleric asks him to please for the love of the gods stop dragging bounties into the inn while people are eating breakfast.
He doesn't even wear real armor. Just a sash and some rope and a leather strap for his greatsword. Our paladin asked him once if he was worried about taking a hit without proper protection and Gillic just said 'they have to catch me first' and then got crit the very next round. The table lost it.
He's technically a fighter but our DM let me flavor some of his abilities with blood hunter stuff so he's got this whole thing where his eyes glow red when he's tracking a mark. Super edgy on paper. In practice he uses it to find whoever stole the last bread roll at camp.
Best session moment was when we infiltrated a bandit hideout and instead of sneaking in like the plan called for, Gillic kicked open the door, shrugged at the room full of bandits, and said 'which one of you is worth the most.' We nearly TPK'd. Worth.
