Submitted character story
You're the kind of fighter who talks first because Old Yost's cart taught you patience, and the Iron Matron taught you cunning. What brought you back wasn't strength but the memory of Varys Weiss's arrogance and Fritzi's tears in that warehouse. You still feel the rope burns when you grip your maul, still hear her crying when the tavern gets too loud. They'll remember you as the one who ended fights with words until words wouldn't work, then made the ending count.
Defining moment: She’s back in the warehouse, tied to the chair. Her best friend Fritzi is crying in the chair next to her. Varys Weiss, a lieutenant in a rival gang whose ambitions cloud his judgment plans to kill them to send a message, but he wants to savor the process. His arrogance is her opening to break them both free, but not before they’re both hurt in different ways that they’ll never fully recover from . . .
