"story": "You are the hero who navigates darkness with precision, who walked The Blackfen and met The Iron Matron as The Quiet Strategist. The tidal pools took Adelaide and returned Aurelia, transforming drowning into awakening, human into elf, helpless into powerful. But you still feel the water closing over your head, the terror of those bare seconds gasping for air between submersions. Your table will remember the wizard who wields dual blades charged with ocean and forest, proving that survival is just the beginning.\n\nDefining moment: The night Adelaide drowned and died, it was her eleventh birthday. Everything went as planned. Including the drowning. Her brother led her to the tidal pools they so loved, where he unwittingly led her into the sorcerer's grasp. She flailed and clawed for air everytime the old hag pulled her under, leaving only bare seconds to gulp down air. Only after she woke from two fortnights did she realize something changed. Her hair was no longer its choppy, dull brown color, but a luscious umber with streaks of gold. Her eyes had changed too. No longer were they flat and gray, but they spoke of hidden depths in her that were brought out from the magical abilities of the pools. From stumbling out of the hut she was kept in did she realize that she had been teleported to the eastern side, of Ardor. The old hag was nowhere to be seen, and a maiden that could not have been much older than her squatted by the lake, cooing the fireflies into small woven baskets. She instinctively knew that was not the hag, but that surprisingly the maiden was already in her true form. The maiden was to be her mentor, an ancient half-elf who had lived since the beginning of the Crests. The maiden revealed to her that Adelaide was now an elf. A half-elf who had become a pure elf, marked by two twin scars. She was, however, given the uncanny ability of discerning and manipulating the pulses and veins of magic and sorcery in the world, and henceforth she was taught by the Maiden to wield such throes of power. \n\nCame to prove something"
