Defining moment:
I was born into a strange house hold with completely different parents, an elf and a tiefling. So at a young age I was kept away from others due to my parents trying to keep their relationship a secret. I was trained by my father at the age of 4 how to use daggers and shortswords to my advantage in close combat situations, since tieflings are more sneaky and don't tend to get along with others to well. My mother taught me about the ways of listening and tracking, so the ways of perception since my mother was a gentle elf to begin with, I quickly learned how to master it with ease and use it to my advantage as I grew. When I reached the age of maturity in my mother and fathers eyes of 50 I was allowed to go out and explore away from our home, but while I was out I met some "friendly" soldiers who asked about where I was from and who my parents where. Unknown to me due to my naiveness from barely being allowed out much at a young age, my parents were forbidden to be together at all. This where I had to learn the hard way not to trust others so easily, after enjoying what I thought to be a good time out and away from home for about 30 years: I returned to my family. Only to find everything in ruins and in nothing but ashes, I fell to my knees knowing that this was once a place of solitude, happiness, love, and family. But now this was only a place of heartache, pain, sorrow, and self loathing. Among the ashes I found a shiny piece of what I saw was metal, on the metal was the crest of the soldiers that I had talked to when I first started off my journey. From that point on I decided to remember and listen to what my father had always told me when I was younger "We Tieflings need to be very careful about who we trust and make bonds with; our heritage is full of wrong choices from our ancestors, we need to not make the same mistakes they did sweetheart.". 20 years later I kept on searching for the same crest of those soldiers until I found it and took it upon myself to dispose of the culprits who ended my life of happiness, I decided to take up the new role of being a rouge doing as I please for what I think is right in my eyes. I may not be the nicest person I once was when I was younger, but now that I'm the mature age of 100 according to what my parents called it, I now wander around hoping to find those I can call trustworthy, despite my harsh attitude and silence until I get to know others better as I will not make the same mistakes twice in my life.
